The F&B Steward is responsible for providing efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness in service areas, and supporting smooth restaurant operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Set up dining areas, tables, and service stations as per standards
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally
Clear tables and reset them for the next service
Assist guests with menu items and basic inquiries
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, pantry, and service areas
Wash, store, and maintain crockery, cutlery, and glassware
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Assist kitchen and service staff during peak hours
Report guest feedback, complaints, or maintenance issues to supervisors
Adhere to company policies, grooming, and service standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum education: High school preferred
Previous experience in hotel/restaurant service is an advantage
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry trays
Team player with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
