Job Summary:
The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of all dining areas, kitchen, and back-of-house areas. The role supports the smooth functioning of the restaurant and banquet operations while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain restaurant, banquet, and kitchen areas as per hygiene standards.
Wash, polish, and arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and kitchen utensils.
Assist in setting up dining areas, buffets, and banquet functions.
Dispose of waste and ensure proper storage of cleaning supplies.
Support the service team during peak hours by refilling water, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the concerned department.
Assist in stock handling and inventory management of cleaning supplies and service items.

Requirements:
Age:30 to 40 years
Height:5'5" to 6'0"
Previous experience as a steward in hotels or restaurants preferred.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in F&B operations.
Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and manage time efficiently.
Physically fit and able to handle lifting, bending, and long hours of standing.
