Job Summary:
The F&B Steward is responsible for providing excellent service to guests in the restaurant, bar, or banquet areas. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, setting up service areas, assisting guests with orders, and ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests courteously and promptly.
Set up tables, service stations, and ensure dining areas are clean and well-presented.
Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards and guest preferences.
Clear tables and ensure timely removal of used crockery and cutlery.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant and service areas.
Support the team during buffet setups, banquets, and special events.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards of the hotel.
Assist in polishing cutlery, glassware, and maintaining service equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:
10th / 12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in F&B service (freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a positive service attitude.
