Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet, serve, and attend to customer needs, resolving complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer requests efficiently.
- Maintaining Ambiance: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics of dining areas.
- Supporting Operations: Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and requisitioning supplies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or F&B setting is preferred, but not always necessary.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
