Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes using dishwashing machines or manual methods.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
Dispose of garbage and waste in accordance with hotel hygiene standards.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and equipment.
Ensure proper use and care of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Support chefs and service staff with basic food preparation or setup as required.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures as per hotel and HACCP standards.
Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
Assist in banquet setup and clearing when necessary.
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene as per hotel standards
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years or above experience
