ob Title: Food & Beverage Steward
Location: Yellowstone Resort Arambol, North Goa
Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Steward will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the restaurant, bar, and poolside service areas at Yellowstone Resort Arambol.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve dishes and beverages efficiently and ensure timely guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables as per resort standards.
Ensure proper billing and handle guest feedback courteously.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards set by the resort.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management/F&B Service preferred.
Previous experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality setup preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and guest-oriented approach.
Knowledge of food & beverage service procedures and menu items.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Reporting To: F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
