Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

F&B Service Staff

to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure smooth dining operations, and maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service. Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and efficiently. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the service area. Support the team in daily operations and special events as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10th / Plus Two / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred (not mandatory). Freshers are welcome; experience in restaurant or hotel service is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
