Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the full service area during all shifts.
Lead Service Associates and Trainees; assign tasks and ensure SOP compliance.
Step in for the Restaurant/Floor Manager during absence, handling escalations and shift decisions.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and pass to ensure timely, accurate order flow.
Maintain service quality, table readiness, cleanliness, and stock of service supplies.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Support POS operations, billing, and cash handling when required.
Train new staff and support performance improvement of the team.
Drive upselling of combos, beverages, add-ons, and loyalty program awareness.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in restaurant service; leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, team management, and guest-handling skills.
Good understanding of POS systems and service SOPs.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Active, fast-paced work environment requiring standing/walking.
