Job Description

The F&B Service Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the service team to ensure smooth restaurant/bar operations, high service standards, and excellent guest satisfaction. They act as a link between the service staff and management while ensuring that all service protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant/bar and ensure smooth service.

Allocate duties and assign sections to service staff.

Ensure that guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and service etiquette.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for timely service of food and beverages.

Monitor table settings, mise-en-place, and cleanliness of the dining area.

Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.

Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers to maximize revenue.

Conduct pre-service briefings with the service team regarding menu updates, specials, and guest preferences.

Train and mentor service staff to improve skills and performance.

Assist in stock control of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linen.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,218.67 - ₹20,464.22 per month
