Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests professionally and warmly, ensuring they feel welcome from arrival to departure.?
Present menus, answer questions about menu items or specials, and make recommendations tailored to guest preferences.?
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.?
Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's standards, ensuring correct presentation, temperature, and timing.?
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, quickly resolving complaints or requests in a polite and proactive manner.?
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the dining area and service equipment.?
Handle payment transactions and process bills accurately.?
Collaborate with other staff (hosts, chefs, bartenders, room service, banqueting) to deliver seamless service for both individuals and events.?
Attend pre-service briefings, training, and adhere to all F&B policies and procedures.
