The F&B Service GSA is responsible for providing excellent guest service in restaurants, banquets, room service, and other dining areas of the hotel. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient service, product knowledge, and maintaining hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with seating.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly as per hotel standards.
Ensure tables are properly set up and cleared in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Support in banquet setup and service when required.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service techniques.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Attention to detail and grooming standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in F&B service (freshers with training may be considered).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
