for the role of F&B Service Associate, who is service?oriented, and capable of delivering high standards of guest service. If you are a fresher, you must have a background in hotel management studies.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests in a polite and professional manner; escort to tables.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure tables are properly set according to company standards.
Be familiar with menu items, specials, garnishes, ingredients; able to answer guest queries.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas; set up and clear down as required.
Maintain inventory levels for service supplies; request restocking when needed.
Assist in opening & closing duties for the outlet, including preparation and shutdown tasks.
Work in coordination with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest complaints / feedback with professionalism; escalate issues when necessary.
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
Be prepared to relocate when required; adapt to different outlets / locations as needed.
Requirements
Gender: Male candidate only.
Education:
At minimum, high school pass; if fresher, must be from a hotel management background.
Experience:
Preferably some prior experience in F&B service outlets;
Freshers accepted only if hotel management educational background verified.
Skills:
Good communication skills; ability to interact with guests with warmth and professionalism.
Able to work under pressure, during peak hours, and in shifting / rotational shifts.
Flexible and willing to relocate as required.
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in F&B.
