Job Description

The F&B Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests. This role ensures high standards of food and beverage service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in line with company policies and brand standards.

2. Key Responsibilities Guest Service

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required. Present menu, answer questions, and make recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing concerns. Process billing and handle payments correctly.

Operational Tasks

Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glassware. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas. Assist in opening and closing duties (setup, restocking, cleaning). Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. Support with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance if required.

Service Standards & Compliance

Follow SOPs for service and guest handling. Adhere to company grooming and appearance guidelines. Uphold food safety and HACCP standards. Comply with all health and safety regulations.

3. Skills & Qualifications Essential:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of F&B operations.

Preferred:

Previous experience in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or similar environments. Knowledge of POS systems. Training or certification in food safety.

5. Physical Requirements
