The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food & beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with the service standards of the hotel/restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously and escort them to tables.
Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
Ensure tables are properly set up before and after service.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge on menu items, ingredients, and specials.
Upsell food & beverage items to maximize revenue.
Handle guest complaints politely and inform supervisors when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders for smooth service.
Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th/12th pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
