Job Description

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Food & Beverage Service Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service by providing efficient and friendly food and beverage service in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately

Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner

Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set

Handle guest queries, special requests, and complaints politely

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Process bills and payments accurately (cash/card/room charges)

Assist in setup and service for banquets, events, and room service if required

Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate

Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred

Previous experience in hotel or restaurant F&B service is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude

Basic knowledge of food safety and service etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
