Core responsibilities

Guest service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages efficiently.

Order management:

Clearly communicate customer orders, including special requests, dietary needs, and allergies, to the kitchen staff.

Payment processing:

Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, whether through a point-of-sale system or by processing cash and card payments.

Customer satisfaction:

Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and drinks, and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.

Menu knowledge:

Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and how to make recommendations.

Table and area maintenance:

Set tables according to standards, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including counters and work stations.

Inventory and stocking:

Assist with counting and organizing inventory, and restock supplies as needed.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
