Job Description

The Assistant F&B Revenue Manager will support the Revenue Manager in maximizing revenue across dine-in, delivery, catering, and cafe segments. This role requires strong analytical skills, market awareness, and the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance of outlets. Monitor delivery platform performance and identify growth opportunities. Support in pricing strategies, promotions, and menu engineering to maximize revenue. Track customer feedback & ratings to align service with revenue goals. Prepare sales, revenue, and performance reports for management review. Collaborate with outlet managers and marketing team to ensure consistent execution of revenue plans. Benchmark competitor pricing and promotions to remain competitive in the market. Identify and recommend new revenue streams (corporate catering, seasonal menus, cafe add-ons, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration. 1-3 years of experience in F&B revenue management, restaurant operations, or related roles. Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills. Familiarity with dashboards and POS systems. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Passion for the food & beverage industry and customer experience.
