Job Summary

The F&B Restaurant & Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, staff management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Service

Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally Ensure service standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines are followed

Team Management

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service staff and bartenders Conduct daily briefings and performance evaluations Maintain staff grooming, discipline, and motivation

Financial & Cost Control

Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and pilferage Monitor sales, budgets, and revenue targets Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS operations

Bar & Beverage Management

Oversee bar operations, beverage quality, and presentation Manage liquor inventory, stock rotation, and compliance Develop beverage menus, promotions, and upselling strategies

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all outlets Coordinate with kitchen, stores, and other departments

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent guest service and communication abilities Knowledge of food, beverages, wines, spirits, and cocktails Financial acumen and inventory control skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred

5-8 years

of experience in F&B service, with

2-3 years

in a managerial role

Working Conditions

Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays Fast-paced hospitality environment
