, is seeking a passionate and experienced
Food & Beverage Manager
to lead and oversee all F&B operations and the stores department. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental performance, and robust inventory and cost controls across the resort's food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership
Manage daily operations across all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banqueting services.
Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, service, and stores departments to uphold quality and efficiency.
Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and guest service in line with the resort's brand and expectations.
Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for F&B and stores functions.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of service staff, kitchen personnel, and storekeepers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development programs.
Create duty schedules to optimize manpower and maintain excellent service levels.
Financial & Inventory Control
Prepare and manage F&B departmental budgets with a strong focus on revenue generation and cost efficiency.
Oversee the procurement and inventory of food, beverages, and operational supplies in coordination with the stores team.
Conduct routine stock audits and implement inventory management systems to minimize waste and pilferage.
Monitor sales data and consumption trends for strategic menu engineering and inventory optimization.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction through timely, courteous, and personalized service.
Handle guest complaints effectively, focusing on service recovery and continuous improvement.
Review guest feedback and incorporate insights into service enhancement initiatives.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene standards, and local health regulations (HACCP or equivalent).
Implement safety protocols to protect guests and team members across all F&B and storage areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in F&B operations, with
2+ years in a managerial role
, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property.
In-depth knowledge of F&B service procedures, kitchen operations, and store management practices.
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control software, and hotel management platforms.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is a plus.
