The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Food & Beverage department. This role ensures the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction while managing costs, staff performance, and operational efficiency across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
Ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service quality.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B service and production.
Plan and manage F&B budgets, monitor costs, and control inventory.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team for menu planning, food quality, and timely service.
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff; ensure adherence to grooming and service standards.
Implement effective strategies to maximize sales, upselling, and promotions.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations in all F&B outlets.
Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
