We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all F&B operations of the property. The candidate must have strong

pre-opening experience

, including setup of SOPs, recruitment, training, and operational launch. The role requires hands-on leadership, cost control, and service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Opening Responsibilities

Handle complete pre-opening activities for F&B operations Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational manuals Assist in outlet setup, equipment planning, vendor coordination, and licensing Recruit, train, and prepare the F&B team for launch Coordinate mock services and soft opening activities
Operations Management

Manage daily food and beverage operations across outlets Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams
Financial & Cost Control

Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory Monitor purchasing, stock levels, and vendor performance Assist in menu planning and pricing to achieve profitability Prepare and manage departmental budgets
Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and supervise F&B staff Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to service standards Manage staff scheduling and productivity
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations Mandatory pre-opening experience in hotels, restaurants, or large F&B outlets Proven leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of SOPs, cost control, inventory, and hygiene standards Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
