We are hiring an experienced F&B Manager for our Restaurant in the Park

Qualification : Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred

Experience : 3-6 years in restaurant / resort / theme park F&B operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day F&B operations inside the park restaurant Ensure smooth service during peak park hours Monitor food quality, hygiene & safety standards Lead, train & supervise service and kitchen teams Supervise billing, cash management & daily sales reporting Coordinate with park management for events & crowd control Plan menu updates, offers & seasonal promotions Maintain stock levels & reduce wastage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?40,000.00 per month
