F&B Manager (Level 5)



Location:

NEON- Bagmane Solarium, Bengaluru

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to lead and manage food & beverage operations at our NEON site. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional hospitality standards, seamless cafeteria operations, and outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including cafeteria services, pantry management, and event catering.

Ensure smooth coordination of hospitality functions such as guest services, housekeeping support, and client events.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across all service areas.

Team Leadership & Staffing

Recruit, train, and manage qualified personnel for F&B and hospitality services.

Supervise staff performance, provide guidance, and foster a culture of excellence.

Vendor & Budget Management

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery.

Control budgets, optimize costs, and ensure resource allocation aligns with operational goals.

Client Engagement & Service Excellence

Address client queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Implement service improvement plans and monitor KPIs for hospitality operations.

Compliance & Reporting

Enforce compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management, including guest feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements & SkillsEducation:

Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience:

Proven track record in managing F&B operations and hospitality services.

Strong background in vendor management and event coordination.



Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
