F&B Manager
to lead our outlet operations and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the store's
P&L and revenue targets
.
Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall, average billing, and overall sales.
Drive
upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns
to maximize revenue.
Oversee daily operations including service, food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and guest experiences.
Monitor inventory, costs, and wastage while implementing effective cost-control measures.
Collaborate with marketing teams to run in-store activations, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
Analyze sales data and provide regular revenue and performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with Food Safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in
F&B/Restaurant Management
.
Strong business acumen with proven success in
driving revenue growth
.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to analyze financial and operational data to create actionable plans.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
