Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Reports to: General Manager/Resort Manager
Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the resort's food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and develop the F&B team, maintain high standards of quality and service, and optimize menu offerings and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead, train, and develop F&B staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
2. Operations:
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
3. Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenue and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend menu changes, pricing, and promotions.
4. Guest Satisfaction:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through prompt service, quality food, and attentive staff.
- Respond to guest feedback and complaints.
5. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
- Minimize waste and optimize inventory usage.
6. Menu Development:
- Develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
- Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to create innovative and appealing dishes.
