Oversee daily operations of F&B Service.
Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
Maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards at all times
Staff Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B service staff
Conduct daily briefings and regular training sessions
Monitor grooming, discipline, and performance of staff
Guest Satisfaction
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
Maintain service quality and hospitality standards
Interact with guests for feedback and improvement
Cost Control & Inventory
Control food, beverage, and operating costs
Monitor breakage, wastage, and pilferage
Ensure proper stock control, indenting, and inventory checks
Menu & Sales
Coordinate with Executive Chef for menu planning and costing
Promote upselling and increase revenue
Plan special promotions, festivals, and events
Administration & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, cost, manpower)
Ensure SOPs are followed by the team
Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and stores department

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
