The F&B Hostess / Server is responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and providing food and beverage service. The role ensures an excellent dining experience through warm hospitality, efficient service, and adherence to hotel standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Escort guests to tables and present menus
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints courteously
Reservations & Seating
Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the reservation system
Organize seating plans to maximize table availability and service efficiency
Communicate waiting times clearly during busy periods
Food & Beverage Service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards
Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction
Clear and reset tables promptly and properly
Assist with upselling menu items, specials, and promotions
