Job Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
Ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain quality control standards for food, beverages, and service.
Staff Supervision & Training
Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff.
Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Monitor staff performance and ensure high levels of teamwork.
Cost & Inventory Control
Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and cost control measures.
Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory management.
Work with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing of food and beverages.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure that the restaurant/hotel maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Compliance & Hygiene Standards
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all F&B areas.
Stay updated on food safety laws and industry best practices.
Marketing & Promotions
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
Introduce special menus, discounts, or themed events to attract more guests.
Monitor market trends and customer preferences to enhance offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field.
Experience in restaurant/hotel F&B operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost control techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
