The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant's F&B services. This role includes supervising service staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and supporting the implementation of quality standards and cost control procedures.
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
4-6 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and MS Office.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
