Experience - 8 - 12 yrs in Star category Hotels & Resorts / Branded Hotel
Age Limit - 30 - 40 yrs
Locations - Vellore & Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh)
Language proficiency - Tamil, English, Telugu & Hindi
Role :-
To Head the Food & Beverage Department
Having through knowledge in F&B outlets ie , Coffee shop, Speciality Restaurant, Banquet, Business Center, Bar, In Room Dining & Outdoor Catering
Food festivals
Food & Beverage Budget, Cost control
Menu Planning & Menu rotation
Knowledge in training the department staff, retaining the staff & Duty roaster
Cordial relation with the Govt. authorities for Licensing / certification
Bar stock record maintenance , knowledge in FIFO
Knowledge in Upselling, Guest relation, Guest feedback system, Guest data & Guest grievance handling
Cordial relation with other HODs & General Manager. '
