Managing Daily Operations:

This includes tasks like managing food and beverage orders, overseeing staff, and handling financial matters.

Ensuring Quality Standards:

Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.

Handling Guest Complaints:

Addressing guest issues promptly and professionally, and communicating problems to the restaurant manager.

Building Customer Relationships:

Fostering positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and brand awareness.
