Hospitality passout with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, banquets, and events.
Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards.
Ensure high-quality food, service, and presentation standards are met, along with compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor and control inventory, manage waste, and collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods. Analyze financial data to improve profitability and manage budgets.
Develop and implement menus and promotional offers to drive sales and meet customer needs.
Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Preferred candidates:
Prior food and beverage experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
