F&B Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled F&B Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency and quality of food and beverage offerings Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events to drive revenue growth Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and optimize profitability Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent service standards Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure seamless service delivery Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market research to inform F&B strategy and decision-making Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
