The F&B Executive is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring smooth operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, banquets, and events in line with five-star service standards. The role involves maintaining guest satisfaction, managing staff performance, monitoring cost controls, and supporting revenue growth while upholding the hotel's quality and luxury standards.
Ensure exceptional guest experience in all F&B outlets with personalized and attentive service.
Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring service recovery and satisfaction.
Maintain service quality standards in restaurants, banquets, room service, and bars.
Supervise and guide F&B service associates, ensuring grooming, discipline, and performance standards.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign daily tasks to team members.
Assist in training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge, upselling skills, and service excellence.
Promote and upsell F&B offerings, special menus, and promotions.
Support the F&B Manager in achieving outlet sales targets and banquet revenue goals.
Assist in menu planning and suggesting innovative ideas to boost F&B sales.
Administration & Compliance
Monitor inventory, consumption, and wastage to control costs effectively.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly maintained as per HACCP/FSSAI guidelines.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless service.
Prepare daily reports, maintain checklists, and assist in monthly stock-takes.
Coordination & Support
Work closely with Banquet Sales, Culinary, and Housekeeping teams for smooth event execution.
Ensure VIP and VVIP protocols are followed as per hotel standards.
Support in budget preparation, cost control, and performance review.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
