Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and ensure a high level of hospitality and customer service.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff.
Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service in all F&B outlets.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Handle guest complaints or feedback efficiently and professionally.
Assist in training and guiding new or junior team members.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the manager.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper communication of orders.
Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.
Assist with setup for events, banquets, and functions as required.
