Oversee daily operations of restaurant, bar, and service areas to ensure smooth guest experience.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and discipline.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams for timely service and order accuracy.
Ensure all F&B SOPs, hygiene standards, and quality guidelines are followed.
Conduct daily briefing on menu updates, promotions, and special events.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and quick resolution.
Supervise table management, reservations, and floor allocations during peak hours.
Ensure correct billing, KOT/BOT flow, and payment handling as per company procedures.
Monitor inventory, consumption, breakage, and raise timely indents for F&B supplies.
Assist in training new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
Support implementation of marketing promotions, events, and special menus.
Maintain cleanliness, ambience, music volume, and overall floor readiness at all times.
Coordinate with the bar, kitchen, and store for smooth service and stock availability.
Track guest feedback and report daily operational highlights to the F&B Manager.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: FSSAI, alcohol laws, safety guidelines.
