We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Executive to join our team Grand Mercure Mysore in Mysuru, India. As an F&B Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of food and beverage operations across our outlets
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Oversee menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff to deliver exceptional service
