Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service.
Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory, requisitions, and cost control measures.
Assist in staff training and development programs.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and safety standards in all outlets.
Support F&B Manager in planning promotions, events, and menu updates.
Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and brand standards
