The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's food and beverage service. This role ensures high-quality customer service, smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff, and adherence to company standards and hygiene protocols. The F&B Executive also assists in staff supervision, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support F&B service staff during shifts.
Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Oversee daily cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS operations.
Conduct inventory checks and assist in stock ordering and control.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and ambiance.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow and menu execution.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2-4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant billing procedures.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
