Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver excellent food and beverage service to guests in line with brand standards. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service. Have thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to guide guests effectively. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and equipment at all times. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally. Follow all SOPs related to service, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards. Assist in upselling menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience. Support team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations. Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and shift schedules.

Requirements:



Prior experience in F&B service preferred Good communication skills (English and local language). Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Well-groomed and presentable personality. Team player with willingness to learn.
