Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and beverages as per service standards and presentation guidelines Ensure cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (FSSAI guidelines) Prepare bills and assist in payment collection when required Support setup and service for banquets, events, and room service Maintain stock awareness and report shortages or breakages Adhere to hotel/restaurant policies and grooming standards

Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented attitude Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
