The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, food standards, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, managing inventory, and supporting the management in achieving operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Supervise and support service staff during operations.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for effective communication and workflow.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required.
Assist in cost control and minimize food and beverage wastage.
Prepare and maintain daily sales, inventory, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Train and mentor staff on service standards and product knowledge.
Motivate and guide team members to achieve service and sales targets.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
