Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate effectively with the kitchen team.
Prepare and serve beverages as per cafe standards.
Communicate preparation and service turnaround times professionally to guests.
Serve orders promptly and ensure high service quality throughout the dining experience.
Collect guest feedback and encourage positive online reviews to enhance property visibility.
Operational Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly inventory reports for crockery, cutlery, and service equipment
Report any breakage or losses promptly as per internal guidelines.
Support revenue generation through effective upselling techniques.
Ensure the cafe area is clean, organised, and guest-ready as per meal timings.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Guest Interaction & Hospitality:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
Brief guests about the property, room amenities, and available services.
Assist with guest luggage and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Note- Food and lodging will be provided to out-stationed candidates
