Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Minimum
2 years experience
in costing (preferably F&B)
Ability to manage food cost, inventory levels, wastage, and cost reporting
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor daily food cost and consumption
Review inventory, purchase orders, and supplier pricing
Prepare costing reports and variance analysis
Support menu costing and recipe cost updates
Ensure accurate cost control for central kitchen and outlets
Coordinate with finance and operations teams for monthly closing

Pay: ₹65,000.00 per month
