We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
F&B Controller
to oversee all aspects of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and vendor coordination for our cloud kitchen operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal cost efficiency without compromising quality, maintain accurate records, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can be the voice of our brand -- ensuring every customer interaction is delightful and every order experience is seamless
Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Control & Analysis
Monitor daily food and beverage costs to maintain target margins.
Analyse recipe costs and standardize portion sizes to ensure consistency.
Identify wastage, pilferage, or variance between actual and theoretical costs.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports to management.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
Supervise receiving, storage, and issuing of raw materials.
Conduct regular stock audits and verify stock levels against consumption reports.
Maintain accurate inventory records across all kitchen locations.
3. Vendor & Purchase Coordination
Work with procurement to source quality ingredients at the best price.
Verify supplier invoices and ensure compliance with agreed rates and terms.
Monitor price fluctuations and recommend vendor performance improvements.
4. Process & Compliance
Implement and maintain SOPs for food cost control, stock handling, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, FSSAI standards, and audit requirements.
5. Reporting & Insights
Generate cost variance reports and recommend corrective actions.
Support management in budgeting and forecasting for F&B operations.
Provide insights for pricing strategy and menu engineering.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in cost control or F&B operations (preferably cloud kitchen, QSR, or restaurant chains).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and POS or ERP systems.
Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple kitchen units.
