Inventory Management:

They oversee inventory, track stock levels, and ensure efficient procurement of food and beverage supplies.

Financial Analysis:

They analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve profitability.

Revenue Management:

They work to maximize revenue generation from food and beverage sales.

Profitability Analysis:

They calculate and track the profit and loss on each item sold, providing insights into which items are most profitable.

Compliance:

They ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to food handling, inventory, and financial reporting.
