Maintaining Kitchen Variance & Record Of All Cost Issues
Maintain Standard For FIFO & LIFO Stock
Cross Verification Of Menu Pricing On Pos Systems & Contract Price In Mms
Monitor The Outlets Operation, Daily Purchases (GRN/STN/ Cash Purchases)- Outlets, Base Kitchen & Warehouse, And Ensure That Bills Are Punch On Time In Mms, As Per Sops
Check Discrepancies Reports (Void, Discount And Cancelled Etc.) and Check Nc's
Monitoring Base Kitchen- Production/ Dispatch/ Spoilages Etc
Monitoring Warehouse Control Procedures & Sop's Towards
Following Constantly For Non, Slow Moving & Expiry Items
Check And Verify Discounts On The Pos Systems
Involving In Purchasing For Tender Finalization/ Purchase Price Comparison Periodically
To Ensure That Monthly Cost Report Is Prepared And Distributed According To Schedule
Desired Profile
Should possess hands-on experience with MS Office functions and should be versatile working on MS Excel Must be presentable
Should Not be older than 32 years
Must be presentable
Should be able to understand & speak Hindi
Education - Any Degree / Masters.
