We seek a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Captain to oversee our prestigious resort's culinary and dining operations.

Description:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the food and beverage department. Oversee all food and beverage operations aspects, including restaurants, room service, banquets, and special events. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and wastage to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences. Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that all team members are trained to deliver personalized and memorable experiences. Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and complaints, taking proactive measures to address issues and enhance satisfaction. Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for the food and beverage department, monitoring performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate the planning and execution of special events, weddings, and corporate functions, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and vendors.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including culinary techniques, menu planning, and service standards. Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
