F&B Associate

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and assist them with seating and menu guidance Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service Serve food and drinks following service standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area Set up tables, cutlery, and service stations before and after service Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order execution Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests politely Process bills and handle payments accurately (if required) Follow safety, sanitation, and grooming standards Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Skills & Qualifications

12th Pass / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude Basic knowledge of food and beverage service (training will be provided) Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours Strong teamwork and time-management skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
