Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage F&B team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee table assignments, reservations, and waitlist management
- Drive sales growth through effective upselling and promoting F&B offerings
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Mentor and train junior staff members
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of F&B experience in a hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of F&B operations and menu planning
